재정학 교과서에도 나오는 red tape이라는 단어 들어 보셨죠?
맨 처음 그 단어를 보았을 때에는, 그게 뭔지 잘 감이 안 와닿았던 기억이 납니다.
다음은 West wing 이라는 미국 드라마에서 본 것입니다.
요즘 미드 많이 보시죠? 이건 백악관을 소재로 한 것이구요.
본 지 오래되서 몇번째 에피소드였는지, 어떤 상황이었는지는 잊어버렸네요.
다만 1, 2 시즌 중에 있었던 것 같은데...
암튼 갑자기 생각이 나서 퍼왔습니다.
